I still recommend these for first-timers. The regular absorbency of Playtex Sport is thinner than the regular absorbency Tampax Pearl, which makes it less intimidating.I like that the plastic wrappers are discreet- they don't rip cleanly, but that's what makes it quiet. Perfect for public restrooms. ;) I've had leaks with these, but it was my fault for using the wrong absorbency. I recommend a pantiliner or light pad to be worn with these, since the string will get bloody and leave a stain on your underwear. Highly recommended. |
